The Best Quotation Workflow in Toursoft

Your workflow is about to skyrocket.

Toursoft strives to make your quotation workflow faster, with less steps and a prettier product. Starting with an Enquiry gives you an advantage and allows you to use tools you would otherwise not have access to.

First, login to Toursoft with your email and password

We are looking to start our process by making an enquiry, so select the “Quotations” option on the left side of your screen:

Now, create a quotation as normal. Please refer to the Quotation help article for help.

Now, once you have your enquiry sorted, it will show up on your Quotations page. This means that it is ready to be filled out, so select the Quote!

This is the important part: you can create an Template using the Quotation you just received. Click here, and it will give you a head start on your work:

Now, you can choose how your itinerary should start. Either pick an existing template or select the “Start From Scratch” option.

Now, create your itinerary! Your itinerary will automatically fill out the start date, trip type, name of the client, and budget, and will give you access to the Booking tab, which helps you book your activities even faster.

Note: Using Quotations is the best way to create your itineraries, and lets you keep track of your customers easily.
