What is a Template?

Templates are powerful experiences that preserve your created tours.

A template is a comprehensive, saved guided list of all the experiences you would like to have on a future trip. A Template is a way to start from a default itinerary so you don't need to duplicate work! If you have tours that often take the same shape, this feature is about to save you tons of time.

The Toursoft platform allows you to create and save templates that are just right for you. We have integrated comprehensive lists of templates, locations, activities and travel accommodations so you’re able to build an unforgettable experience easily!

Templates can be found in the Templates tab:

When you're done with a Quotation, if you think it will be used again, you can save it as a Template like so:
