What is a Quotation?

 

A Quotation is a response to a client who wants a tour.

 

A Quotation is a detailed presentation and sales tool to help your clients understand their upcoming tour. Whether you yourself want a tour or you are creating a trip for someone else, we have the tools you need to make sure your traveler is accommodated safely and serviced comfortably. Toursoft makes it easy to specify your accommodation, service, activity, and dining needs while making sure the tourist gets to fully experience the cultures of the locations they want to travel to.

 

Quotations are found in the Quotations tab:

 

 

You can make a new Quotation by selecting "Create Quote":
