Editing a Customer’s Phone Number

Learn how to edit/update a customer’s phone number in Toursoft.

Steps to edit a customer’s phone number:

1. Login to Toursoft with your email and password:

2. On the sidebar on the left, select “Customers”

3. Near the top, select the search bar

4. Start typing the desired customer’s name or email

5. Select the desired customer.

6. Beside “Customer Details” select “Edit”

7. Input the desired phone number in the “Phone Number” field

8. Select “Update Customer”

Note: You can also edit the profile to add an email.
