How to Update an Itinerary

 

Made some changes, and need to save? Here’s how.

 

Toursoft allows you to make changes to your itineraries before your client sees them. When you are ready, you can update it and it will show on the iTrove version! Follow these steps:

1. Login to Toursoft with your email and password

 

 

2. On the sidebar on the left-hand side, select “Itineraries

 


 

3. Select the itinerary you would like to edit

 

 

4. Input the information in your itinerary you would like to edit under the “Settings,” “Itinerary”, “Quotation”, and “Price” tabs

 

 

5. Select the green “Update” button in the upper right corner

 


 

Note: You can edit an itinerary as many times as you want before finalizing it.
