How to Put Terms and Conditions into your Itineraries

 

Here’s how to add terms and conditions to your tour

 

You need to show your clients your company’s policies? Here’s how:

 

First, you’ll need to login to Toursoft with your email and password:

 

 

On the left-hand sidebar, select “Itineraries

 


 

Next, find the itinerary you want to edit:

 

 

After that, go to the Price tab:

 

 

Then, type in the terms:

 

 

Now, select Publish on Trove or Update (if it’s already on Trove) on the top right:

 

 

Then, confirm your decision.

 

 

Finally, select Preview to see your updated itinerary:

 

 

Your itinerary will now show the new price:

 



 

Note: This is a useful feature for any last minute changes clients need.
