Previewing a Quotation

View your creation the way your clients will see it.

You want to make sure your itinerary is presentable and clear. The best way to do that is with our preview feature, where you can see your itinerary exactly as the tourist will see it, before it is posted. Here is how:

1. First, Login to Toursoft with your email and password

2. On the left-hand sidebar, select “Quotations”

3. Locate the Quotation you would like to preview:

4. To the right of your desired itinerary, select the “Preview” button:

5. Your itinerary will now be shown in display format:

Note: Previewing your itinerary is the best way to see how it will look in the final stage.
