The Price Tab
Price up your itinerary
The price tab in the itinerary builder is a tool where you can customize the payment and price details of your trip. Here’s how to get there:
- First, you’ll need to login to Toursoft with your email and password
- On the left-hand sidebar, select “Itineraries”
Select your desired itinerary:
Now, select the Price tab.
You’re here. Now, here’s an overview:
The price section is where you can customize how much the tour costs. On the right, you will see your quotation. The quotation on the right reflects the total price of the trip according to the Quotation tab. So, if your quotation tab quotes the trip as $1000, then that price will show up here in the price tab.
If you select the “Show Breakdown” toggle, you will be able to break the price down by how many people are going on the trip. You can select specific names here if the customer has such a request.
Next, the Includes and Excludes section is where you communicate to your customer what is and is not included in your quotation. Things like hotels, flights, food, guides, drinks, etc. should all be accounted for here.
You can also add some additional details below:
Below that, make sure to fill out the terms and condition which your company uses. Again, this will solidify the legitimacy of your quotation and itinerary.
Finally, the Passport and Insurance section is designed to protect all parties from liability. This is where you can recommend insurance, visa preparations, and medical advice.
Note: Filling out the Includes and Excludes sections will communicate to your customer in writing what you will and will not be providing.
