Learn how to edit/update a customer’s country of residence in Toursoft.
Steps to edit a customer’s country:
1. First, login to Toursoft with your email and password
2. On the sidebar on the left, select “Customers”
3. Near the top, select the search bar
4. Start typing the desired customer’s name or email
5. Select the desired customer
6. Beside “Customer Details” select “Edit”
7. Select “Country of Residence” and input the customer’s information
8. Select “Update Customer”
Note: Adding information to a customer’s profile helps the team provide them with the best experience possible.
