What Can Toursoft Do?

Toursoft is an easy, all-inclusive creation, quotation and presentation platform for travel agencies and tour companies, with smart features such as one-click Unsplash image presentation and smart ChatGPT copywriting!

Dashboard

The Toursoft home page is called the Dashboard. This will tell you details about your outstanding prospects, customer activity, and notifications. Pay attention to your notifications, as they will keep you apprised of your itineraries.

Quotations

Use our innovative one-click ChatGPT and Unsplash integrations to make your workflow a powerhouse in the Quotations tab!

This is Toursoft bread and butter. When you get an enquiry, create a quote, create/select a contact, and then choose between a template and a new itinerary. Input data like: how many people will be on the tour, the budget, the location, and what they would like to do on their trip. Make sure to leave specific notes so you don’t miss details.

Contacts

CRM should make sense!

The next page, Contacts, is where you can view, organize and manage all of your supplier, collaborator, and customer profiles. This tab shows quick info on your contacts, such as their name, email address and phone number. Another useful workflow feature is that this tab shows you the status of each of your customers’ enquiries, allowing you to prioritize your customers by their chain in the itinerary-creation process. 

Prospects

The Prospects tab is where your completed quotations will be while you’re waiting for a response from your customer. This is where you can view the projects you’re currently working on or have already sent to your clients.

Templates

Our next feature is called Templates. Here, you can make a default template for your future itineraries, and these will show up as options for you to use in your Quotation process. This can revolutionize your workflow, and automate a lot of the labor involved in quoting and presenting, saving you time!

Libraries

The Libraries tab is another place you can take advantage of our innovative Unsplash integration! We store all of our content and media here, for enriching your itinerary-making or -choosing experience. We have thousands of images, accommodations and locations for you to browse, and you can add your own days, accommodations, and itineraries here.

Suppliers

Suppliers are the companies and individuals who provide all of the convenient, luxurious services and accommodations you’ll find in our Libraries. These are the professionals you want on your side to create the best traveling experience possible.

Stats

The Stats tab gives you a data overview of your activity and progress. This page tells you details of the makeup of your customers by tour type and over time, and informs you of the tour success rate, including useful data insights on how often your customers go through with their tours versus disconnect or decline.

Settings

The Settings tab is where you manage your Roles and Permissions, Billing, API integrations (like Unsplash and ChatGPT), default legal details for your itineraries, and your Trove settings.
