Editing a Contact’s Quotation

An easy way to edit Prospects in Toursoft, by finding the Contact they're attached to.

Contacts are anyone in your network. If an agent holds a prospect you need to find, here's how to find it:

1. Login to Toursoft with your email and password

2. On the sidebar on the left, select “Contacts”

3. Find the contact for whom you would like to edit a Prospect:

4. Select the three vertical dots symbol on the right-hand side of the screen, aligned with their name:

5. Select “Edit”:

6. Edit your Prospect as normal:

Note:You can also create a Quotation from the same drop down menu.
