How to Update an iTrove Itinerary

 

Here’s how to use Toursoft to update your iTrove itinerary

 

You want to make sure your customers are up-to-date. Toursoft will not send new data to your iTrove itinerary unless you tell it to, so here’s how to update your itinerary changes:

 

1. First, login to Toursoft with your email and password

 

 

2. On the left-hand sidebar, select “Itineraries

 

3. From here, you’ll want to make your changes to the itinerary. Whatever needs to change, change it.

 


 

4. Now, select the green “Update” button on the top right.

 

 

5. Finally, go to your iTrove itinerary. Your changes will show up.


 


 

 

Note: Your customer will only see the last update of your iTrove itinerary, so you can make changes without them knowing. When you want them to see, update and share the link again.
