Your itinerary needs accommodation options. Here’s how to add them:
1. First, you’ll need to login to Toursoft with your email and password
2. On the left-hand sidebar, select “Itineraries”
3. Next, select the day you’d like to add an accommodation options to:
4. In the day, select “Itinerary”
5. Now, select the day you would like to add the accommodation options to:
6. Next, scroll down and select “Accommodation”
7. This will take you to the accommodation screen. Here, start typing your desired accommodation option and select it when it comes up:
8. Now, click “Add to Day” on the right:
9. Your accommodation will now show up on your itinerary:
Note: You can add as many accommodation options as your customers want, but a good itinerary will provide crucial needs and leave room for human errors in the tour.
