Creating a Quotation

Here’s some help creating your first Quotation.

Want to know how to fill out an Quotation to your customer's specifications? Here are the steps:

Login to Toursoft with your email and password

Select the “Quotations” option on the left side of your screen

On the right of the “Quotations” heading, select the “Create Quote” button

Select or create a contact for this quote:

(If creating from scratch) Fill out all required information, starting under the “Trip Essentials” heading

Select “+Add Quotation”

(If using a Template) Choose a template to use for this Quotation:

Note: Filling out additional information helps the tour creator to personalize the tour.
