Adding Customer Notes

 

Here’s how to add notes to a customer’s profile in Toursoft.

 

Have something specific to remind yourself of? Or just want to make sure your team doesn’t forget details about your customer? Here’s how to leave a note on a customer’s profile:

 

1. Login to Toursoft with your email and password

 

 

2. On the sidebar on the left, select “Customers


 

3. Near the top, select the search bar

 

 

4. Start typing the desired customer’s name or email

 

5. Select the desired customer

 

 

6. Beside “Customer Details” select “Edit

 

 

7. Select the “Additional Notes” text box and input the desired notes

 

 

8. Select “Update Customer

 



 

Note: Adding notes such as customer preferences and the past transactions helps with interactions with that customer in the future.
