Sorting Your Suppliers By Name

A quick guide on how to sort your suppliers.

You want to make sure your suppliers are presented in an easy format for you to browse. Suppliers are always formatted alphabetically, but if you want to change that, here are the steps to sort your suppliers:

1. First, login to Toursoft with your email and password

2. For any functions related to Suppliers, we will select “Suppliers” on the sidebar on the left-hand side

3. First, suppliers are automatically sorted in alphabetical order. If you want to sort them in reverse alphabetical order, here is how: Under the search bar, select the downward-facing arrow next to the “Supplier Name” button

4. The list of suppliers will now be ordered in reverse alphabetical order This will help you narrow down your search and make all the right decisions for your trip.

Note: Toursoft lists items in alphabetical order by default, but you can do this on any list screen to show items in reverse alphabetical order.
