Setting Customer Email
Learn how to edit/update a customer’s email in Toursoft.
Steps to edit a customer’s email:
- Login to Toursoft with your email and password
- On the sidebar on the left, select “Customers”
- Near the top, select the search bar
- Start typing the desired customer’s name or email
- Select the desired customer
- Beside “Customer Details” select “Edit”
- Select “Email” and input the customer’s email address
- Select “Update Customer”
Note: You can also edit the profile to add a phone number.
