Feedback Function

 

Here’s how to get feedback on your published itineraries.

 

The feedback function gives your clients the ability to revert the itineraries you create and ask you to make changes. On your iTrove itinerary, the option to give feedback will show up at the bottom, so please direct your clients here:

 

 

Here’s how to view customer feedback:

 

The first way is via the email account that you have associated with Toursoft. Every time your client provides feedback, you’ll see an email that looks like this:

 

 

Select the Read Feedback button, and you will be able to view your feedback:

 

 

The other way to view feedback is through the itinerary itself. To find it, on the left-hand sidebar, select “Itineraries

 

 

Search for your itinerary in the search bar and select it:

 

 

In the itinerary, select the Feedback tab:

 

 

And you will be able to view all of your client’s feedback:

 

 

Now that you can view your feedback, you can use this to improve your itineraries.



 

Note: Your client may send you multiple instances of feedback, so watch your email and the feedback tab.
